3. Account Registration and Management

Each player may hold only one registered account on 8mbest. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where 8mbest identifies multiple accounts registered to the same person — identified by name, date of birth, address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — all such accounts may be merged or closed, and any bonus balances associated with those accounts may be voided without prior notice.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

Deposits are credited to your 8mbest balance automatically upon successful completion of the transaction on your mobile wallet application. There are no platform-side processing fees charged by 8mbest on standard deposits. Any fees levied by your mobile wallet provider are separate and not controlled by 8mbest.

Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts within 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating conditions. 8mbest does not guarantee processing times in cases where a withdrawal is subject to identity verification review, bonus wagering requirement completion checks, or suspected fraudulent activity investigation. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering procedures.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

8mbest offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions, and other time-limited offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional conditions published alongside the specific promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms below and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. 1. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once, on their first deposit. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus regardless of account status.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 8mbest operates.
